Option 01
Operational Buildout
A focused, hands-on engagement where I build the cannabis-specific infrastructure your pharmacy doesn't have yet, using the same systems I built for Lotus Farmacy.
Format: 60–90 day hands-on engagement
What's Included
- Patient-facing website and online ordering
- Cannabis POS and sales tracking setup
- Financial and break-even dashboard
- Marketing system built for cash-pay patients
- Referral and loyalty program setup
- Staff training on new systems
Best for: pharmacies with a medical cannabis line already open, but no real systems behind it yet.
Option 02
Ongoing Advisory
Lighter-touch guidance as your medical cannabis program grows. I stay involved so the systems keep working as your patient volume and product mix change.
Format: ongoing, typically quarterly
What's Included
- Quarterly strategy check-ins
- Updated systems and playbooks as I refine my own
- Ad hoc troubleshooting between check-ins
- Access to new tools and templates as they're built
Best for: pharmacies that have the basics in place and want continued support without a full re-engagement.
Option 03
Strategic Partnership
For the right fit, a longer-term partnership with equity alignment, so we're both building toward the same outcome instead of a one-off engagement.
Format: negotiated case-by-case
